Daily Telegraph: Who's sorry now

Shell's directors were busy yesterday saying sorry (again) for the company's reserves disaster. This time it was the turn of Aad Jacobs, chairman of the Dutch part. He started by explaining he always has difficulties with microphones. The audience was then treated to a piercing beep. Shell's finally learnt how to provide feedback.
