The Wall Street Journal: ABB's Voser To Become CFO Of Royal Dutch/Shell: "Before his ABB assignment, he had a 20-year career with Shell"

ZURICH -- Switzerland-based engineering company ABB Ltd. (ABB) said Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer Peter Voser will move to oil giant Royal Dutch/Shell (00947.AE) in the autumn.

Voser, 46, joined ABB in early 2002 and oversaw a period of financial restructuring. Before his ABB assignment, he had a 20-year career with Shell, ABB said.

Voser, a Swiss citizen, will take up his new position Oct. 4.
