PARIS -- Industrial gases company Air Liquide SA (12007.FR) Monday said it has signed a 15-year deal to supply steam and power to a Dutch refining unit of oil giant Royal Dutch/Shell Group (RD, SC).

In a media statement Paris-based Air Liquide said it will invest EUR190 million in facilities associated with the deal, tied in with a contract with Dutch power utility Eneco (ENECO.YY).

The projects will come on stream in 2007, Air Liquide said.
