The reputation and integrity of Sir Philip Watts, Sir Mark Moody-Stuart and other former and current senior management of the Royal Dutch Shell Group have been called into question for a number of years by my family and I. In this connection, please read my sworn Affidavit which testifies to a deeply ingrained corporate culture of cover-up prevalent at the very highest levels of Shell, directly involving many of the individuals named in the multibillion dollar US class action law suits brought against Shell. These include former and current Shell directors e.g. Group Managing Director Mr Malcolm Brinded, who is the current Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Managing Directors and Chief Executive of Shell Gas & Power and Shell Exploration & Production; Mr Van den Bergh, a current Shell director; Sir Mark Moody-Stuart (another current Shell director). Shell U.K. Director Mr Richard Wiseman, who is also General Counsel of Shell International Limited, figures prominently in the Affidavit as, to a lesser extent, does Jyoti Munsiff, the Company Secretary and Senior Lawyer of the Shell Transport and Trading Company plc. I am a long term shareholder/member of Shell Transport.
