EMAIL SENT ON 10 JUNE 2004 TO US GASOLINE RETAILER ASSOCIATIONS

10 June 2004

Dear Sirs

If any of your members are being badly treated by Shell, please draw their attention to our website: www.shell2004.com

It is undoubtedly the world’s most comprehensive news and information portal focused on the Royal Dutch Shell Group.

Indeed we have featured new stories about Shell independent retailers in the USA being ruthlessly replaced by Shell company run operations and the major problems which Shell has caused by supplying defective gasoline. Shell's reputation is disappearing faster than its oil reserves.

Your Shell retailers are not alone; retailers, suppliers and Shell shareholders in other Countries have also been treated abominably by Shell and its current discredited and overpaid management.

It is a truly pernicious company run by an arrogant now notorious management which has pursued a deeply ingrained corporate policy of cover-up and deceit, as manifested by the current oil reserves scandal.

It is also a management which pays lip service to its own ethical code – the Statement of General Business Principles proclaiming honesty, integrity and openness. However it actually engages in activities more akin to "Spectre" - the Special Executive for Counterintelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion, created by Ian Fleming for his James Bond novels.

Shell is associated with a sinister privately owned spy firm which many British Members of Parliament believe is a front for the British Secret Service. Many members of its staff are former MI6 officers. The spy firm uses serving secret service agents who work for the company on a freelance basis. Its stock in trade is deception, trickery, betrayal, fabrication, fraud and infiltration by its undercover agents - indeed the full range of the black arts. It has performed those skills on behalf of Shell, as Shell has been forced to admit. The evidence is published on www.shell2004.com

Its undercover agents have engaged in covert operations on an international basis on behalf of Shell, targeted against businesses and organisations which have fallen foul of Shell.

The spy firm and Shell has had common directors/shareholders. In fact titled individuals were simultaneously Shell Transport & Trading Company directors and the President and Chairman of the spy firm – its ultimate spymasters in fact.

It sounds preposterous but the facts are published on our website.

The Shell Shareholders Organisations sole function is to monitor the activities of the Royal Dutch Shell Group to see if it acts in accordance with its own ethical code of conduct. Obviously the current management team has strayed far off that desirable ethical path.  We intend to campaign and agitate until Shell parts company with ALL individuals stained by the recent scandals and appoints a new management team prepared to work strictly within Shell's ethical code. If this happens, such disgraceful scandals could not possibly be repeated.

Alfred Donovan
Chairman, Shell Shareholders Organisation
