This is a non-profit-making website: There are no subscription or any other charges: Any advertising revenues will be donated to a good cause - the legal costs of Dr John Huong (the well known former Shell geologist) in respect of a defamation lawsuit brought against him by EIGHT Royal Dutch Shell companies. The action arises from "Whistleblower" articles posted on this site. The articles are displayed despite a High Court Injunction and Restraining Order against Dr Huong obtained by the relevant companies. This is because from a legal standpoint, the website does not fall within the jurisdiction of the High Court of Malaya.
The website proprietor edited and published the articles and consequently feels morally obliged to generate and donate website advertising revenues to Dr Huong, who is in an epic David vs. King Kong situation. Because of concern that he might make further damning revelations about Royal Dutch Shell corporate misdeeds, he has even been threatened with imprisonment by the scandal ridden management responsible for the reserves fraud. In fact, Dr Huong was the FIRST SHELL employee to blow the whistle on the reserves fraud. Shell management is self-evidently scared stiff about the matters known by Dr Huong and is prepared to silence him at all costs. Hence the unprecedented highly distasteful spectacle of EIGHT giant Shell companies collectively taking action against one human being - an unemployed Malaysian who has no prospect whatsoever of finding alternative employment in his profession while the litigation hangs over the heads of himself and his family.
Has there ever been a more uneven contest? David only had to fight one Goliath.

We will shortly publish information on how Shell shareholders and stakeholders can provide financial support for this courageous Malaysian, victimised by Shell, who has been unable to secure alternative employment because of the draconian litigation which has blighted his life.
Dr Huong made the mistake of believing in Shell's STATEMENT OF GENERAL BUSINESS PRINCIPLES and in particular the pledges of "honesty, integrity, respect for people" in all of Shell's dealings and Shell's philosophy in the new ways of working, including the promotion of trust, openness, teamwork, professionalism and pride in what Shell does. He did not realise that the pledges were purely hype and spin meant for use in global PR campaigns such as "Profits and Principles" i.e. for the consumption of gullible consumers and stakeholders.
We now know as a result of the reserves fraud that the slogan should have been "Profits and NO Principles".
