Royal Dutch Shell Group .com European Bank for Reconstruction and Development defers Sakhalin2 decision for one month?: Tuesday 29 November 2005: 07.00am EST

From a source:

"Have just spoken with nice press person with EBRD who confirmed that the Bank has deferred its decision on Shell's loan application for one month. Let's hope the spirit of Christmas won't skew their good judgement!" comment: Perhaps this is the reason why Royal Dutch Shell E & P boss, Malcolm Brinded, has been giving dire warnings internally at Shell during the last few days that Shell is, once again, in a crisis.

We will be contacting the EBRD ourselves to supply them with crucial information about the credibility, honesty and competency of Shell senior management. The letter will be published on this website. It will include evidence of how Mr Brinded turned a blind eye to blatant dishonesty by Shell managers in a tender process.
