KARACHI: Shell Pakistan is introducing new Shell Petrol, which has been enhanced with the better mileage formula, said Zaiviji Ismail, director & GM Sales & Operations, Shell Pakistan Limited.

“This new Shell Petrol helps provide better fuel economy, engine cleanliness and reduced friction in the engine,” he said in a press release.

He said, “Shell has led the oil marketing industry in bringing new and improved standards of service stations in Pakistan. We have also pioneered in a culture of trained petrol pump staff and world-class quality and quantity assurance process.

In 2004, Shell introduced UGT (Underground Tank) seals as a benchmark for quality assurance in Pakistan’s oil marketing industry.

Shell has invested millions of dollars and years of research in developing this new fuel at their ISO 9001 quality accredited labs in the UK and Germany. Further, this fuel has been tested rigorously through extensive fleet tests using a wide range of vehicles running for almost half a million kilometers across varying driving conditions. —Staff Report
