FRANKFURT (AFX) - Norway's Statkraft SF is close to buying Royal Dutch/Shell's planned power plant near Cologne for an undisclosed amount, Handelsblatt reported in an excerpt from tomorrow's edition, citing unnamed industry sources.
The oil giant's Intergen Group wants to abandon the project, which has not yet gone online, Handelsblatt said.
