YAOUNDE (AFX) - Cameroon's government said that Total and its partner Pectan, a unit of Royal Dutch/Shell, will invest some 11 million usd over a 3-year period in the new Dissoni exploration block in the offshore Rio del Rey basin.

Total is the operator of the 143 square kilometre block, with a 50 pct interest.
