DJ MALAYSIA BUSINESS BRIEFS: Shell Refining In Financing Deal

KUALA LUMPUR (Dow Jones)--Shell Refining Co. (4324.KU) will sign a financial agreement with Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (Malaysia) Bhd. Thursday at 0830 GMT. Shell didn't provide further details, such as the size of the financing or what the funds would be used for.
