Today the Rossport 5 were released from Cloverhill Prison after
Shell today dramatically requested the High Court to collaspe
the injunction it sought 94 days ago in the Irish High Court for
the purposes of having the five men committed to prison for
resisting Shell building and pipelaying activity on and around
their lands.
